whats wrong with my dehydrator
I set time and temp and it dosent get over 73 degrees but still blowes air, thermostat?

Does yours have a temp setting? I would think the coil is fried if it only gets up to 73
I have one of them cheap Nebco (sp) ones.  Mine doesn't have a temp setting, you just turn it on and walk away. They give me a booklet that tells you about when it would be done according to what you put in there.

We think about getting one sometimes.  I had one years ago but the ex got it.   :rotflmao:  So HD, can you feel heat when you put your hand by yours?

If you have racks to keep them up, off of a cookie sheet so the hot air can get underneath....they will dry in the oven.

called the warrenty company and was on the fone for 3 minuets with a new dehydrator heading my way no cost. way cool. got it today!
