so we will see how it gose. i also found that prssi g the rub is better than actually rubbing it in.  rubbing tends toball up and get sticky and i found better results by pressing firmly

That's gonna be dynamite boar!!!  I have a belly in the freezer that's gonna get cubed up , rubbed , smoked and turned into burnt ends next weekend.. :happy1:

Boars belly he's rubbing should turn out fabulous.  My intentions were not to distract others with a different recipe on boars  thread, but I guess I got a little excited....sorry.

i plan on bringi g a sample of everythi g i got on hand for a saturday evening pot luck. i hope everyone that showes and cooks or smomes brings a sample,  glenn u can bring an empty landing net to signify ur fishing accomplishmets
