Tom Brady is inching closer and closer to becoming a free agent for the first time in his incredible career,
:reporter; .....
Do you think Tom Brady is more interested in winning another Super Bowl rather than earning an exceptionally high-paying contract?

Yes. He is more interested in getting a better cast of help on offense then more money. He already has more money then he can ever spend.
Kinda like Lee. :smoking: :smoking:

I have no idea what is in his head but I would think it would be a breath of fresh air to play somewhere else! I have read that he and Belichek don't ever go out for dinner or have a beer or any real socializing other than football. Maybe that is the way it should be. But I still think he may have more fun somewhere else for 2 or 3 years. I've heard Tampa Bay, Colts, Chargers and of course the Bears rumor.

Last night they were saying the Titans would be a good place for him to land. How about the Vikings????

I like your way of thinking Barry. I think he will end up staying in New England.

I do to Chris. He is just playing them. Making them beg a little. To inflate his ego.

TB 12 & Kraft are good friends so I think he stays too. In fact Kraft came out & publicly said he wants him to stay even if retires. IMO this is Brady's way of gettin BB to seriously look at getting him some more people to throw too.

Diggs for players and pics. Just sayin.

More like 2 or 3 of their top picks are WR's & TE's even O lineman IMO, that's more BB's style unless Kraft says :tut:. Good players for 4 years & a lot less $.

:doah: .....
New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady isn’t afraid to test free agency. Bill Belichick isn’t afraid to let him. Both parties have agreed to allow the Patriots quarterback to enter free agency in March, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.

:reporter; Raiders prepared to offer Tom Brady two-year, $60 million contract
:reporter; Jesse Reed, Sportsnaut

 ......
The Las Vegas Raiders have been rumored to be interested in Tom Brady, and a report emerged indicating they may pay handsomely to land the future Hall of Fame quarterback.
:reporter; .....
Veteran NFL reporter Larry Fitzgerald Sr., the father of the Arizona Cardinals receiver, provided this interesting nugget on Friday:
"I’m told Las Vegas is prepared to offer @TomBrady $60 million over 2 years.
— Larry Fitzgerald Sr. (@FitzBeatSr) February 14, 2020"
Now, $30 million a year isn’t exactly top dollar these days, and there are reports that $40 million a year could soon be reached for another top QB.
But there’s more than just a lot of money for Brady in Vegas, if he should choose to play for Jon Gruden and Co. We dove into some of that recently, and the gist of it is that it’s not unfathomable to envision Rob Gronkowski coming out of retirement to join Brady in Vegas for the 2020 campaign.
There’s a lot of smoke about Brady to the Raiders right now, regardless of anything Gronk may do. Given the team’s move to Vegas just happened and the Raiders would love to break in their shiny new stadium with a legendary season, we’re not ruling it out, to be sure.
