Set something up on your own, they break in on your property.Self defense. Cops are to lazy.
I do think there is a law in MN that you can not use force in defense of property, it is not self defense.  coffee

You correct on that one.  For example, if a crook breaks into your house, you cannot shoot him.  He has more rights than you if that happens. Heck, he or his immediate family can sue you for shooting him yet he broke into your house. 

Somethings just aren't right.

I think you are wrong on that one. If they break into your house you can shoot them. They were about to do you harm. Just make sure they don't make it outside.

Minnesota is a must retreat state which means that you have to retreat if there is any possible way and if there is not then you can shoot. I personally hate that I feel every state should be  stand your ground.
