Smelt appear in harbor
Field reports: :reporter; .. Smelt appear in the harbor; sound off on Wisconsin turkeys.


Commercial fishermen were catching smelt in their nets in the Duluth harbor this past week, but the run had not begun in earnest either along Park Point or in North Shore streams, according to reports.
