I could hear a sigh of relief from the MNO boss as the red light went on behind Crawford and the BlackHawk season came to an end in OT.     I bet I was the only one to see that the last hot dog had been sold by a vendor in row 4 and the Kings went ahead and finished off the Hawks a minute later.    Sorry Lee, the run is done.

Well, nothing to be ashamed of on my end. The Hawks played great hockey all throughout the playoffs. Winning the Stanley Cup two years in a row is a monumental task. At least I got to see some of the most exciting hockey I've ever watched. Thanks to Tim for being a good sport while putting the Blackhawks picture on the home page and I enjoyed jousting with Bobby throughout the playoffs.

I'd even venture to say that there has been a surprising number of followers on this thread as it reached over 1,423 views and rising during it's short life span.

Good run by the Hawks and a nice touch that a former Wild player scored the tying goal for the Kings sending it to OT

You would think that here in the State Of Hockey we would have had a few more comments but now Hockey season is officially over for me... Next year Lee we will have to keep an eye on the Wild -Hawks games!  :happy1:
