I HAVE A LOWRANCE expedition gps. one of the "clips" that connects the battery for power snapped/broke. called customer service, they said they haven't made that device in 7 years and don't have replacement parts nor do they work on them anymore.

anyone think of anyplace that can help me out on this. think batteries plus could fix it??????

If it is like the Vexilar connector an automotive spade receptacle terminal will work. If it is 9 volt you could solder a new connector on. If it is AA or AAA it could be trickier. Those you should be able to get done at Batteries Plus.

Got a pic 57? If it aint attached to a computer board I think I can fix it.Even if it is it may work but I could ruin the board.I have Magellen GPS,s all replaceable parts.Best reason to stay away from Lowrance!!! Cant even find schematics they hoard all that good stuff so you have to pay them!!!!
