No luck for me this year.  With only 300 tags available where I applied, no wonder.  Oh well, another year of preference for next year I guess.

I received a permit last year but didn't use it. Now this year I didn't receive a permit but only have one perf. point. Don't we still get a point for each year we apply if the permit isn't used?
