They are sure begging for water down in New Mexico. Everything in our garden is way behind a normal year. Rain and other commitments caused us to get everything in late. Radishes have been sub par. We had our first greeny beanies yesterday. Have been harvesting a few peppers here and there, I started them in early February in the shop.

Mormning boy and girls, im home. been phonless all week in Jamaica, left it in the motel last Friday... owell good to be home,

LOL but also DAMN!!!  So what town did you leave your phone in.  That is fun as heck wondering who jacked up your phone time.  Was it in Jamaica Man or the Good ol US?  Dumb ass////   I mean I bet that was fun as heck...

Ok Good Morning.  The wifi may have been great but we didn't really care and never got the password.  Had a great time.  Ate at our camper one night and at my brothers 2 nights.  Perfect huh?  Well last night big storms came around and whipped our awning over the camper so fast you would have thought it was Rebs heading home in the middle of the night for another Viagra.   :rotflmao: :rotflmao: :rotflmao:  It did break the arms etc so hoping insurance will cover it.  Will keep you posted.  BUT it is about $1600 for the good awning installed.  That is for a 20' awning.  So we stayed at Thumper Pond which is a new golf course made in a grove of pine trees about 12 years ago..  Seems they turned expensive.  It was $55 a night for full hookups and it was hot as hell so we were glad we had it.  Well last night when the storm was coming they called all campers ( only 4 were left) and said we have a room ready for you to avoid the storm.  Well I gave them the home phone so didn't see it till we got home.  I won't hesitate to spend $55 a night to stay there again.  Although we sat in our camper hammering down cocktails in case it was the last one.  That camper was bouncing around and it rained so hard I thought it may cut through the roof.  Oh well just another adventure.   And no I won't admit I missed saying Good Morning to you and to see what was pissing Rebs off today....

Morning boys. That sucks about the awning Barry. But I would imagine insurance will cover it minus the deductible. Just another day in paradise boys. Have a good one.

:happy1:  Yup good to sleep in bed at home.  The camper is comfortable but not as good as home after a few days.  The wife has this week off so that is nice.  We are having a cup of java now.  Gonna work on getting the new to us pontoon boat in the water today and do a little dock work.  Then mow like a mother tomorrow. The lawn and the food plot need mowing.  Then surgery on Thursday so will be out of commission for awhile after that.  OH YA!  I got the tilt and trim motor back from Five Star Marine that HD turned me onto.  They are so busy down there.  I liked talking to the young guy that owns the business.  I told him he needs a secretary to answer phones and he is working on it.

LOL.  I told him I used to have a business and just had to answer the phone in case it was a sale, but it took me away from production and that was a bad thing.  Someone on the phones can really make things run smoothly if they are really into it.  I told him I would love to man his phones for about 4 hours a day if I was closer to him.  But 1,855 miles is just a little to far to drive every day.

We have $250 deductible and looks like they are going to pay all except that.  Good news.  The bad news, I just put the trim motor on the pontoon and it works great but leaks oil bad when lifting the weight of the motor.  I think the case is cracked.  Took it back off and it is back in the box.  I left a message with Erin so am waiting a reply.

BUT the bright spot of the day is I got one heck of a nice hair cut.  Not as cool as Boars but I still like it.   :rotflmao:

Nuttin wrong with a different babe running their fingers thru ones hair lps!! Then cutting it all off. Good to hear everyone's summer trips went well, the mrs and I take off in a couple of weeks for the west coast. This time were driving, taking the northern route until Portland Oregon,  then dropping down the coast hitting what we can on scenic stuff and eventually staying in southern California for some days before heading back. Should be fun, but I'm sure the ram will suck up some fuel..First time for us, so if there's anything you guys think worth checking out along the way let me know. Thanks.

We did the ussmidway, that was neat. With having our own vehicle options are endless. We'll probably do redwood forest, golden gate bridge,  she wants to hit up the Hollywood stars street. Our goal is to get to San Diego eventually and relax. Torrey pines is on the radar,  I just need to get her in the mood for a hike down the hill!!

Were taking the coast line down from Portland,  so whale watching would be cool.

Should you be so inclined, and up to it, with a good low tide you can hike from la jolla shores to torrey pines along the beach (goes through blacks beach so watch your surroundings).   About 6miles.    Catch a uber/lyft back to your car...

Glider port is also cool if they are flying...
