LPS. Yes an ablation is the heart thing. It is when they go into the heart and burn the inside to eliminate the extra electrical pathways. I have had 3 of them done and last  February my tachycardia took off and wouldn't stop so I had to go to the ER in Baudette. Soooo, we started the doctoring again and went down to Mayo back the end of May. They had me talked into doing it again. But, as it got closer I just couldn't do it again. With the track record that I have with them I will never trust that they got it. So I would just as soon stay on the meds since they are working. I am on a double dose compared to what I was on last winter.
Hey look your bobber is up!

As long as you feel good doing what you are doing that is the main thing.  Be careful and keep taking those pills.  I will think good thoughts too.

I'll second that. Sometimes you just know what's right over what the doctors tell ya. Good luck with it, JB.

Whew! Mornin' gang! 54 at choretime heading for a hi in the mid-60's. 1.41" of rain at the ranch in the past 24 hrs. and 1.40" in Bugtussle proper. Brings our totals for the week to 3.76" and and 3.84" respectively. Some rough news to start the day. A friend who's had a tough stretch called us at the office & said he was done doing dialysis this a.m. Can't blame him given the hell he's been thru with his heart, cancer, falls, broken bones, surgeries, etc. We went down and saw him after he called. As we were leaving the hospice lady arrived to get acquainted so it's for real. He and the family are at peace with the decision so that's the important thing.

Too bad Dotch.  At least he is ready and knows what he wants.  Hospice has always been wonderful when we have dealt with them.

My cousin Debi's husband did the same thing three years ago. Just said screw it one day, he'd had it. No more dialysis. That was one of the too-many funerals I was at the other year.

Sorry to hear about your friend.  Must be a hard thing to decide on.  Both my parents are in the low 90's.  hate  thinking about it.  My brother went through it with his former wife.  She died of throat cancer.  He took care of her for two years but finally put her in hospice and she didn't last long after that.  Yep, Eddie Money.  Liked his music.  I think he was a former NY city cop for awhile also.

Was going to go up to Duluth today but my brother talked me out of it saying rain half the day and windy.  So my wife and I are going tomorrow.  good luck.

So, that means yer gonna whip up another fabulous din-din, RH?  ;) I just watched Rachael Ray make buttermilk soaked chicken while having lunch. Boy, that looked good. Better than my pnut butter-and-dill pickle sandwich. Switched channels to watch Giada make something....she looked pretty danged good, too.

I just read that Miami stadium where they play basketball is called American Airlines Arena.  Their contract runs out in 2020 and they aren't going to renew it.  The porn site Bang Bros have tweeted that they made a mulitmillion dollar offer to get a 10 year contract.  They want to call it Bang Bros. Center or BBC.  LOLOL  Glenn is that a fun site to check out?  I just wondered.....

Remember what I have said for years... Porn drives consumer technology.   Remember BetaMax?    and the battle with VHS?   Beta lost because they wouldn't allow porn...   Why did AOL become successful?   Chat rooms with dirty talk.    Why did people want the internet?   Porn.   Why did prodigy flop?  No porn.
