Tonite, it's taco-riffic hotdish. AKA Reb's portable hotdish. Wrapped in a flour tortilla. On a bed of lettuce. With chopped onyums and 'maters. Um num.  :tongue:

I did cook that rack of pork ribs in the oven yesterday.  Turned out pretty darn good.  Did like RH did awhile back.  Cooked tightly covered for 2 2.5 hours at 350.  Then uncovered and put some sauce on and left for another half hour to get darker colored.  Were real good.

Pigeons?  Used to shoot them with our BB guns and had to cook them outside on the gas grill on the parents patio.  Ate lots of them.

I've got a hankerin' to hit a few of the river's edge bars, grab my cue, and shoot some pool, mingle with the locals, and have a right-off-the-griddle old style cheeburger and Pepsi. Sounds like a perfect Sunday afternoon to me!  :cool:
