Made some shrimp fajita fettuccine last night.  I ask my wife what she wants and I deliver.  Used raw shrimp, bell peppers, green onions, cumin chili powder salt fettucine noodles and some pepper jack shredded.  Turned out pretty good.  good luck.

Man RH, it's a good thing I don't live closer. I'd find myself checking out what you're making. After I got done checking out your local nudist colony of course. Could work up an appetite!   :happy1:

What I hear about that local nudist colony buy a guy who's property is next to it is that there are not many young folks there.  More like a senior wrinkle club.  You could go there with a line like "hey babe how about stretching out our wrinkles tonight" if your looking for some action.  Tonight I'm making Creamy mushroom chicken fettuccine.  On our first date she ordered fettuccine.  good luck.

Last night it was Creamy Mushroom Chicken Fettuccine.  Chicken breasts, green onions, mushrooms, garlic, salt, pepper, heavy cream, parsley, and fettucine noodles.  My wife loved it and it was good but I liked the other one better because it was spicy.  good luck.

And speaking of that, some light reading I did on sous vide cooking. Not sure I'm real jazzed about having a little jacuzzi for raw meat, fish and poutry in my kitchen after reading it. Hell, after installing a garbage disposall, Kramer used to make meals in his bathtub and I already have one of those! Others can do what they like but think I'll keep cooking my weenies on a stick. That's sorta the drift I got from the nudists' website and from my brother who lives nearby. Prolly not a lot of Playboy models unless they're some of the really old ones.  ;)

Made the tater tot caserole yesterday.  Having left overs today.  I just can't make myself to prepare small meals.  Just three of us here.  Myself, my wife, and her mom, oh yes another member of our family, Lucy our chocolate lab.  Had a chili dog for lunch.  I layered the tator tots in a aluminum pan. Put the tots in the oven until done.    Mixed up a cup of bacon ranch dressing with one cup of sour cream.  Spreaded the sauce over the tots, sprinkled some bacon bits over this that I fried earlier until crunchy,  Chopped up some green onions, some jalapeno peppers, chilantro, sliced up some of my cheddar chili dogs, and then spread two different kinds of cheese over that.  Put that back in the oven at 350 until the cheese got bubbly and a little brown.  Then it's ready to serve.  Had some salsa on the side.  good luck.

It is Barry with an a.  I lived in Stillwater for about 15 years.  Nice place to live.   I seriously can't count the times I have had people come up and start talking to me believing I was someone they knew real well.  Grew up in Luverne.  Also a real nice town.  Recently I was in the post office here and an older woman came right up and starting talking about the family and I had no idea who she was.  I smiled cuz it is really funny and told her I don't think I know you.  She got so embarrassed.  lol

Made this before with leftover chicken, this time was leftover porkchops.

Boiled noodles, frozen mixed vegetables, whatever kinda meat you have leftover and some kinda cream of whatever soup.
Cook a baget, under the broiler with butter & garlic...yur good to go!
