With it being 95 degrees outside it was the perfect day to break out the pressure cooker. I did a small brisket with taters, carrots and onions. Cooked for an hour and did a natural pressure release for 20 minutes. Delish, so moist you could cut it with a butter knife.  :happy1:
I'm not insane, my mother had me tested.

We are grilling pork chops in awhile.  You guys are making me hungry.  We recently got a pressure cooker.  I never thought about doing a brisket in it.  Is that a corned beef Coffee or a regular brisket?  It looks great.

Looks good! My wife is a dipstick. She will eat corn on the cob, but won't eat that same corn when I cut it off the cob then freeze it for later. Sheez!;

Porchetta. Stuffed boneless pork roast layered (rolled) with Italian seasoning, I believe. It's good.
