Panko is great and easy..  Who has the time to dry out bread crumbs and smash them.  Glenn you do know Panko is just bread crumb powder don't you?  Easy to use for even nords.  That pork chop thing looks great.  AND Glenn I do like "catsup" on my beef roast too.  I love chuck roasts.

I don't know what kind of seasoning they add to it but I thought it tasted absolutely horrid. Even my wife agreed!

Slab CSR's!!!! Rubbed and left in 'fridge for 24 hrs....then slow cooked and slathered in BBQ sauce with all the goodies, spring salad, bourbon beans, fresh green tops and radishes. Rib#1 going down...next pic....rib #2 goin down....*urp* I'll save the last one for a midnite snack.  :tongue:
