We call this world famous. Not sure it's officially called. Ground pork seasoned with Italian seasoning, onions, and garlic. Add hash browns then cheese.

No katchup was harmed in this meal. :sleazy:

Gonna be a dig 'n scratch nite. Leftover taters and carrots from that sunday roast, and a smoked ham steak I found hiding in the freezer.....and whatever else works.
Just picked up three big family packs of sale-priced chicky at Cub (tried them one more time) two of the thighs, and one of drumsticks. 14.5 lbs for $18.  Re-wrapped all 'em in pks of four and tucked away now in freezer. Also grabbed some Smithfield thick cut smoked bacon, two 1 lb. pkgs for $6.  :happy1:

Took out an about 3 lb pork loin roast to cook today.  Not exactly sure how we will do it.  Thinking pot roast in oven or crockpot at this point.

Perfect breakfast Mike!  That soup sounds good too Rebs.  Just deciding what to do with the pork here.  Just cut down a real big elm that has been leaning against the barn.  Was going to pay a guy to knock it down for me but he never showed up so I tied a rope to it and the wife and I cut it down.  Didn't wreck anything except the tree.  When I told her go she floors the Dodge and had all 4 tires spinning.  I laughed so hard.  She said "you told me to go for it so I did".  LOL

I made that pork loin roast and it turned out great.  I rubbed with pepper, Lawry's, garlic powder.  Put on rack in pan.  Put in oven uncovered at 350 till inner temp of 145.  Took out then tented for 20 minutes or so.  Then ate.

sounds good!!!  I use a roasted raspberry chipotle sauce and marinate it for a few hours or over night and wrap in foil with more sauce until 140 or so.. and let that rest too!! turns out very good too..
