Actually, must be a quite a trick to hit a 4" fish with a harpoon, Boob... :fish2: :rotflmao:

bacon wrapped scallops and jumbo are the best!!  you have to try that for sure!!!

Here's how I cooked it.  After about 20 minutes at 350 degrees, I open the tin foil.  After another 10 minutes I turned on the broiler until the bacon was cooked.  Now some might say "good, then you can eat the bacon and throw out the fish".  The fish was great and I didn't mind the bacon either.

Finished product.

Will you be wrapping them in bacon for a mouth-watering meal, or drowning them in katchup? :censored:

I did however grill 2 slabs of nords when we were up north last. Seasoned it with Alpine touch lemon pepper and pretty much whatever else was in the spice rack, then laid sliced lemon on them.

Well, there's a way to ruin a fish! Lemon! Might as well serve 'em with green beens!

I got a Hillshire 9 lb ham.  Gonna bake it till 120 and have with corn and a box stuffing.  Haven't had a Hillshire for a few years.  Then will make ham and bean soup.

I have a big chunk of a cheaper ham in the freezer.  I will use that in the soup with this bone.  Then I can eat more of this on its own.  I love ham and am drooling waiting.  Hubert just showed up too.  Gonna be a great night.

Well, THAT'S where they went!  :rotflmao: Thanks, Boob, made that 14 yrs ago, according to date I put on the bottom. Got sick of my taco-poo's tippin' over. The fallout gets dumped back into the next taco...hence the paper plate.  ;)
