Crack pot burritos....
(Or you can use it to stuff a 🌮 or a taco 🥗 if ya want)

1 pound ground beef (we use venison)
1 can of black beans or 1 can of refried beans (your choice)
1 cup of chopped onion
1 cup of chopped peppers
1 can of sliced black olives
One small bag of frozen corn (optional)
1 cup of salsa (or more, your choice)
2 cups of 3 blend Mexican cheese
1 can of red enchilada sauce
1 package of taco seasoning
1 package of Spanish rice

Directions:
Brown the burger then add your taco seasoning. Put the burger in the crack pot first. Layer the beans, pepper & onions next. Then put the rice on next. Cheese & olives next, then corn, then salsa...and last is the enchilada sauce.

Cook on low for 6 hours.

Wrap in a tortilla with shredded lettuce, sour cream, taco sauce & guacamole

Last time I made this, it was a little loose to wrap.
So this time I drained off the beans and olives of fluid.
Yes del, the burger is browned first.

I wondered that too Glenn.  I would also put a "dollop" of sour cream on the burrito.
