Ya I wonder what kind of dog it was?  Maybe a weiner dog.  LOL  Dotch that looks awesome.  I had a seafood omelette at a cafe once and will never forget it.  It was great!

That looks fantastic Rebs.  Nice job.  I have a hard time making a nice looking omelette.  Usually ends as scrambled eggs.  And yes I have been thinking about Spam after it was included in our posts awhile back.  That will be twice in the last year.

Those are all looking pretty good there guys. Tried a new recipe, RSBB CSR’s. Rubbed the ribs, then seared them then I put them in a Dutch oven and poured 2 bottles of beer over them and braised them for an hour. Then I mixed 1/4 cup braising liquid with 3/4 cup BBQ sauce and put them under the broiler for a few minutes to caramelize the sauce. Served with vegies and a baked potato with caramelized onion and garlic with a squirt of ranch dressing.

That really looks good Bobber.  I'm getting tired of lasagna.  May have to freeze some of it.  BUT I just took the cheesecake out of the oven...    :sleazy:  Will show you pics as soon as they get to my email.

B-braised
B-broiled
It’s usually a g for grilled at the end but it’s snowing out and wimped out and stuck them under the broiler.
