The pigger just went in with his coat of BBQ sauce and onions.....
This time, I also added some BBQ sauce to the water, beef bouillon, and Worcestershire sauce I injected him with....

What all you put in the pot wit dat corned beef Mike? I picked one up today..

to start just the roast on a bed of solid onion slices, one onion cut into 4 slices on the bottom...  be sure to use the juices in the bag too!!!  the seasoning on top of the roast and enough water to cover no more than 1/2  of the roast..  today I will add potatoes and carrots after 4 hours..  but you can use cabbage or kraut too.. it's darn good anyway ya cook it!!!  and like Reb said and left overs for ruebens!!!!

good luck and enjoy!!!
Tgank ya sir!! Sounds good. Going in tomorrow,  the wif was thinking on a bed of baby reds but onions sound real good. I know shes saving some for a Rueben dip..so I cant eat it all.. :pouty:

Pulled pigger came out great! I was too pooped to make coleslaw, so this had to do. Two helpings of each and a big glass of milk and I'm sinking into the recliner....*urp*

Browned burger, celery, garlic, peas pork and beans tomato sauce. Mix up.  Takes a frozen bread let's rise, flattens out and adds some of the stuff in it, rolls it cuts it and putsthrn on top and bakes. It's like one of my favorite meals. With fresh homemade bread smothered with butter.

They do look good.  I smomed the boneless beef ribs yesterday.  Turned out kind of dry.  they looked just like pork CSR.  They must have just cut up some chuck roast or something like that.  I would rather have the chuck roast.  I will heat it up in the oven later and see if I can make it tender.
