I will have to admit. Garlic stuffed olives is one of the few things I don't like. Love olives though.
Hey look your bobber is up!

They are pretty potent.  I can only handle a couple of them at a time.

Made some stuffed peppers again yesterday and having leftovers tonight.  Had problems sending my pics to my email so I can send pics.  Googled the problem and one test was to shut down my phone until I see my apple symbol and just like that it worked.  good luck.

Stuffed Peppers

4 bell peppers  I cut them in half
1 lb. Italian sausage
1 small onion
2 cloves garlic [I use the minced stuff in a jar] one big spoonful
1 can diced tomatoes
1/2 cup uncooked rice
1 1/2 cup water
1 T Worcestershire sauce
2 jars marinara sauce divided
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350
take the peppers and cut them in half and take the pulp and seeds out
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook peppers until almost tender
Then drain them
In a large skillet brown sausage, onion, garlic over medium high heat until done.  Drain fat.
Stir in the diced tomatoes with juice, rice, water, worcestershire sauce and italian seasoning.
Bring to simmer, reduce heat and cover.  Cook till rice is tender.  Add more water if needed.
Place one jar of marinara sauce in the bottom of a pan [I used a throw away aluminum pan]
Put the mix in the peppers
Pour the other marinara sauce over the peppers.
Cover with foil and bake 30 min or so.  Then put cheese on top of peppers and bake uncovered another 10 min until the cheese melted and peppers are tender.  good luck.

I like buffalo wild wings.  My favorite there are the naked wings, fries and parmesan garlic sauce.
