We usually have Burman's (Aldis) here. I'm a fan of their Spicy Brown Mustard, which is what I use most of the time.

Nothing much to post the last couple of days.  We have the grandkids here this weekend.  They are at the wave pool now at Bunker Park.  Last night it was spagetti and today is again Spaghetti.  I know at least Sunday when they go back home I'm having Porterhouse which are on sale this week.  good luck.

Reuben casserole

6 slices of rye bread, cubed
1 pound deli sliced corned beef, cut into strips...  (I cooked a corned beef roast and use that and cube it too)
2 cups shredded swiss cheese
16oz sauerkraut drained and rinsed
3/4 to a cup of Russian or 1000 Island dressing.  we 1000 cause we couldn't find Russian

Directions:
preheat oven too 400.  Spread bread cubes in a 9 by 13 baking dish.. Spread sauerkraut over the bread cubes.. Place beef over the sauerkraut.  Pour dressing over all. Spray foil with cooking spray and bake 20 minutes covered with sprayed side down. remove foil and sprinkle the swiss cheese all over and bake 10 more minutes uncovered, until the cheese melts..

hope you guys enjoy it too!!!!
