good lookin polish Boar!!  going to make a taco style hotdish today...  seasoned burger, pepperoni, Canadian bacon, colored peppers, onion, black olives, mushrooms with mac and cheese..  and maybe more cheese!!!

I just discovered a great fresh bean dip in the deli last week.
Rojo's Black Bean Dip. Really thick mashed beans, corn, chunks of onions, cilantro, tomatoes.....I've made it for years, but I can't match this stuff.  :hubba:

Also found out Aldi's yellow corn tortilla chips are far better than the big brand ones...!

Which deli?   We buy Rojo salsa in California but I have never seen it here.   Might be worth stopping at Aldis if they have it.

It's at Wallyworld, next to the deli pre-packed salads.  Only place I've found Rojo's stuff.
They also have the 5 layer dips, too. Those are good, but this black bean one is great.
It's not layered, either, but a thick blend.  :happy1:

Great.  I'll check it out.  I get there a couple times a week since it is closest store with groceries.

A quick lunch....cheddar jalapeno brat patties right off the ol' charcoal grill, and Glenn's favorites....cottage cheese and wammermelon pickles...even a smiley Glenn face! :tongue:

Simple but good Reb!!  Last couple of days I made Korean Hot chicken and Thai spinach peanut red curry over rice with fried tofu on top.  good luck.

Bacon-wrapped pork filets, sweet taters, mashed taters with chives and butter, potato rolls, stuffed OLIVES. So good, I had another of everything on the plate.  Had to roll to my chair................*urp*   :tongue:
