One more on the stove meal before I get that grill going with this nice weather.  Sticky Asian glazed chicken drums.  Man it is good.  good luck.

Looks great Coffee!!  Love the whole plate.  I bought some Canadian walleye they had on sale frozen.  Hard taking that skin off though not like fresh caught fillets.  So I deep fried them.  For the breading I bought 5 pounds of the breading Cub uses for their chicken and added some garlic powder and black pepper to it along with a little cayanne pepper.  Fried up some potatoe's [makes me feel like shore lunch without the scenery].  Also made some homemade tartar sauce.  For the diced pickles I used Gedney's jalapeno relish which has a sweet heat.  good luck.

Looks great!  :happy1: I just had some battered walleye the other nite! No dill relish, so I minced up some baby dills and added them to the mayo/horsey-radish/onion powder mix.

We dug a pkg out of the freezer the other day & ate 1/2 of it on Thursday too. It had been forgotten about & was a lot older than we usually let it get now. Luckily it was double wrapped in cling wrap & wasn't freezer burnt 1 bit. :happy1:

Chinee corona chops. Basted pigger loin chops with bit of soy and slathered in sweet and sour plum sauce.  Sugar snap peas. Loaded salad with green peppers, purple onyums, bacon bits, cherry 'maters and chunky bleu cheese.
