Thanks for posting LPS. Those two recipes look pretty good and easy, especially when you’re cooking for just two.

. My wife makes something similar to the pork chop thing. She browns the chops, throwx them in a toaster, ands cream of mushroom soup, some onion and bakes it. That cream of mushroom soup makes really good gravy!! :happy1:

Cream of mushroom soup (Campbell's that is) is poison. And so is all the other creamed soups.

I don't usually cook ribs that way, I prefer them grilled or smoked...  so this was a first time doing them that way!!!  as per requested!!    :rotflmao: :rotflmao: :happy1:

Oh man I see the food shows of German food places and I just drool.  The sausages and krauts etc.  I like all of the different ethnic shows.  WE are having some big shrimp I bought at the seafood sale here a few months ago.  Really big ones.  Can only eat about 3 of them.  Will have with a homemade salad I suppose.

I got some St. Louis style ribs yesterday and used them!! 

and yes Linda wanted them!!  :rotflmao: :rotflmao: :happy1:

I just know they taste good!!  and CS ribs work well with the kraut too!!!

2  11oz cans mexican corn or fresh sweet corn plus peppers if using fresh
1 can green chiles peppers
1 pkg chive and onion,cream cheese
2 cups montery cheese or more
1/2 cup mayo
2/3 cup shredded pamarsen cheese (to top)
6 green onions  (3 to mix 3 to top)
butter or grease  9x13 pan mix together  top with 1/2 of parm & green onion
bake 350 degree  30 to 40 min till hot   
I mixed fresh and canned corn with some fresh peppers


here's a dip we had the other day and was darn good, a friend made it...

sausage links, scrambled eggs with cilantro and a cup of mexican cheese for breakfast..  dang good!!
