Remember last summer I grew lettuce in two flower boxes.  Worked great.  Last week I planted some in 2 small flower pots and have them in the window.  I'm having a hard time enjoying buying it in stores.  Never know what is on it.  Nothing wrong with growing your own...     :rotflmao: :rotflmao:  And I like lettuce salads and on sandwichs.

EWWWWW!  :puke:

But I don't think a fall from a ceiling would even faze a rat.  Let alone kill it deader than a doornail.

Ya what's up with that? Never been in one but seems like every time I turn around they're recalling stuff or worse, someone's getting sick from something they bought there.

I dunno....I get their Email news and newsletter, and they honestly have more recalls than anyone I've ever heard of. I was just there last week; I love the place. Have good snackie things. I think they get a lot of their stuff from funky little providers...like Carlotta's Cabbage Farm and Juan's Eggplant Emporium.....

Pretty much the same as Aldi's, owned by the same company, but Aldi's doesn't have anywhere near the # of recalls.
