Glenns jerky
glenn.sent me some of his pork jerky, i was really hesitent at first,  i did some extensive chemical testing all.came back negative. so i still hestently tried it.

boy I'm sure glad I got the sausage and smoked fish from Boar then, I had good eats there!!!! the only issue I had was not any more!!!!!    :happy1: :happy1:
