Tribes battling training-087 Dakota Access win partial victory in dispute over federal documents.

  :doah: ....
BISMARCK — American Indian tribes suing to shut down the Dakota Access Pipeline have won a partial victory in a dispute over government documents, though it’s unclear how useful the information might be to them as they prepare another demand :taz: for more environmental study of the project. :doofus:

Enviromental studies have their value, but why have so many.  One should be plenty.  I remember when I was bugging the guy in charge of the Grindstone boat landing about dredging the landing out so it's easier to launch a boat.  Just about every 10 years or so it's needed.

It's a long story and took two years to get it done.  One of the things he said was he was waiting for the environmental study to come and then the money for it.  I asked him wasn't there one done on the last dredging?  He said sure but that's government for you.  Duplicate spending.  That new study would be no different than the last few.  good luck.

In many cases 2nd Environmental studies are done by the demand of da Anti groups. Many times it's just to stop or slow down progress after the 1st prior study results did stand in da way fur da Anti groups agenda. This way da Anti's can stop any projects fur years and tie up progress in da courts fur years :moon:

It's sickening and very costly! :angry2:
