Want to share your passion for the outdoors with others? Consider mentoring potential hunters! You can attend a hunter mentor training hosted by the Minnesota Deer Hunters Association and DNR from 5-8 p.m. on Thursday, July 18, at Lazy Jack’s, 6735 Fairgrounds Road NW in Bemidji.

You’ll get the skinny on everything from where to find someone to mentor and how to create positive hunting experiences for both of you, to special hunting opportunities, practical tips and tricks.
