Second person to drown in Pepin...right now the water is WAY high and choppier than heck. I know from experience Pepin can get some nice rollers and chop across it when the winds drop down across the bluffs.(My buddy was up there 3 days ago in his 19 footer inboard and said it was NASTY)
The guy CAN'T SWIM and wasn't wearing a vest...people, wear a vest, even if ya CAN swim!
