I really like this....
After I get all of my pickles canned, and the season is running down, I always make a batch of these.

I put a couple jalapeno's in there for a little kick.
And I use a good olive oil for the oil part.
The 🍅 are Roma

Sounds delish! And I like the part about adding a few jalapenos for a little zing. Back when we actually raised cucumbers I started doing that with refrigerator pickles. Had to make two batches tho: one for me and one for Mrs. Cheviot. Those Norwegian tastebuds can't tolerate anything that isn't bland and white!  :tongue:
