dont know how its gonaa go.
but wer gona find out. i used pork off a.shoulder, i ussualy use loin, for the lean ness,  not used to the fattier shoulder. its about 50 50, cause i ran outa bear meat. i prefer 75 25. pluse i only ran it thru a meadim blade 1 time. inuseually do 5hat but with the fatier pork i was think twice but forgof. so time will tel
