wow..... wonder where in stearns county that was. I haven't seen anything in the st cloud times about it??? :scratch: :scratch:

funny you brought this up. last sunday I took a cruise around the chain  of lakes and the road that goes along the west side of long lake, there is a lot of farm fields. middle of the afternoon I watched a possum cruising in the field. since there usually nocturnal..that the first thing I thought of......rabies.

but then I might know a few women with rabies too!!!!!!!!! :rotflmao: :rotflmao: :rotflmao:

Since Skunks mainly move at night. How do they know Skunk tossing isn't a nightly event that Cows like to do?  :confused:   :happy1: :happy1:

Answer: Any mammal can get rabies. However, the chance of rabies in an opossum is EXTREMELY RARE. This may have something to do with the opossum's low body temperature (94-97 F) making it difficult for the virus to survive in an opossum's body.
