BEMIDJI—A Bemidji man connected to February thefts from fish houses on Lake Bemidji has been sentenced to less than two months in jail for his part in the crimes.

Zachary Glime, 26, was convicted of felony third-degree burglary in Beltrami County District Court on April 13 and sentenced to 42 days local confinement in the Beltrami County Jail. He was credited with 28 days time served. Glime was granted a stay of adjudication for a fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance charge, which upon successful completion of probation, will result in a dismissal of the drug charge. Glime pleaded guilty to both charges March 2.

Glime has been placed on five years supervised probation and must pay a $1,000 fine. A third-degree burglary charge carries a maximum penalty of five years in prison and a $10,000 fine.

Glime was arrested along with Ryan Gregerson, 26, of Bemidji after search warrants executed at their residences revealed property identified as being missing from area ice houses. Gregerson pleaded guilty to felony third-degree burglary March 12. He is scheduled for sentencing in Beltrami County District Court on May 4.
