Venison T-loin with Creamy Garlic Mushroom Sauce
This deserves it's own post. Tried a popular recipe from the internet the other night - and it lived up to the hype. My new favorite venison tenderloin recipe and pretty easy to make, as well. The garlic/shroom cream sauce would be great with any red meat, but REALLY compliments the rich taste of venison.

Man that is a awesome meal.  Glad you got some venison to enjoy.  All I got is trim from my brother to make sausage from LOL.  He did give me some of his elk steaks and burger.  good luck.

Well, actually it's from my buddy's deer - he forgot it in the fridge when he left deer camp. His loss was my gain! Gotta eat those loins fresh!  I'll throw him a couple extra brats from my upcoming project this weekend!
