Looks great Glen!!!  That philly will fill you up for sure!!  I may make some for deer camp.  Make it ahead and freeze the slices in the aujus and heat it up at camp.  Quick and easy.  good luck.

so tonite is round 2. another go at philly sammich. changed a few things up. went to the deli and had them slice up some roast beef. i can see this will be a significant improvement, and its currently marinating.

second change will be when i have th sammich made its going to go into the oven to melt the cheese and toast the bun a bit!!!!!!!!!!!!
