I think there's more money to be made in ice-fishing gadgets than in any other sport I've ever seen. That's one of the more sensible ones I've seen...and what they have printed is true. Looks like a good idea. And the UV does make a big difference.The best lures use rare-earth phosphors in their paint for the longest luminescence. Biggest waste of money are the cheapo imported "glow-lures". They last about 2 minutes. Stay away from 'em. I used a small UV light used by antique dealers to charge mine....or a blue-white keychain LED light.

Now Marcum will come out with one for theirs...then Frabill will have a clip-on one...then Clam will have a "universal" one, made in China.... :rotflmao: :rotflmao: Always wondered why any units never had a bright momentary switched LED on them...........I've seen these at Flat Farm .

Some pvc pipe, a cap, and one of those really bright led flashlights or even a blacklight flashlights... Whole thing be under $10.

I've been using one of these Garrity's for over ten years to charge my glo-jigs. Menard's and wally world both carry them....I have one in each tackle box and the truck.
