Game cleaning kit at Menards
Menards has a field dressing kit for $14.99.  I cannot speak to the ability of the stainless steel to hold an edge, but the construction is good.  The steel goes thoughout the handles (full tang), and it has a 6" meat cleaver, a 5 and 1/4" boning knife, 3" skinning knife, 7 3/4" butcher/carving knife, a sharpening stick, game shears (good for pheasants), a gut hook with 3 replacement blades, and three pairs of gloves. 

It is the same product as is shown here for $15.99.

My saw broke while cutting the deer neck, but I was beating on it.  I exchanged it for another at Mendards today no questions asked.  The boning knife performed very well while butchering my deer.
