Here we go again on a round of heat get ready. its been nice the last few days with the clouds and a bit of rain to cool things down.

Winnie has been decent we have been on the tops of the big bars running rigs and spinners right along the top and the very top edge. Its nothing fast and furious just keep cruising along and pick up a fish here and there. There are still some fish on the smaller humps and you can get them to bite also with a lindy rig and leech or crawler. The perch have been biting with a jig and minnow on the deeper rocks in that 10-14 ft of water and they have been dandy’s.

Sand was alright with the clouds and wind, we got the fish in 11-14 ft of water and jigs and minnows. The fish have been on the edges of the bigger flats. The perch have also been a real bonus on sand this year. we have been catching them with the Walleyes and right on top of the flats.

good luck fishing
