I am obviously very bias but I think from seeing what those past fines cost the teams that we should just get the Falcons  #8 pick and keep our own pics too. AND they sure as heck better be announcing it to be used in this draft!!!

The pc I read lead me to believe that it was more of the nature of a swap of 1st Rd picks...............i.e. Vikes move up to #8 & Falcons go #11. :scratch: The NFL Draft starts in 73.5 hrs & we should know before then how this will go. By ~ 8:30 Thursday night we should have a good idea who their 1st Rd pick will most likely be. :cheerleader:

I'm with ya Gunner.  Gonna be fun.  I have stayed up till late waiting for a pic on the first night or two and they traded so no pic that night.  That is irritating to say the least.  All part of the program.

Last I read they were thinking it would be ~ a 3rd Rd pick in 2025 for the tampering. :confused:

Minnesota traded the 129 and 157 picks to the New York Jets for the 203 to move up one spot. 

I'd say that was pretty cheap QB insurance.  Maybe no one else would have traded with the Jets to swoop in and take JJ, but the Vikes were all-in for a QB and couldn't afford to loose out.

I heard that the Broncos were looking at McCarthy too so maybe that is whey they moved up that spot.  Sure glad they did.  Yes great job Vikes.
