My mom's Chow Mein recipe they used to make at a VFW Auxiliary Chow Mein supper. Had it yesterday. The soup today. I use pheasant legs instead of just breasting them like most guys do and throwing the legs away.

Anything with pheasant is good! Momma boiled down the ham bone yesterday , put everything together to meld overnight.  Sure was a great day for bean n ham soup!

just placed Glenn's favorite meal in the oven!!!    tater tot hotdish, made my way... melted cream cheese with the seasoned burger and onions...  mixed veggies, shredded cheese  and alfredo sauce instead of mushroom soup...   mini tater tots on top and then bacon bits on that....

well the tater tot hot dish turned out real good!!!   I did use habanero shredded cheese in it!!!  will do that again!!!

I've never bought Habanero anything.  Jalapeno is hot enough.  But I have been curious to go up a notch.

2 cans of some cam of Campbell's beef barley soup, can use any kinda soup basically, veggie vegetarian or others, onion sliced taters and hamburger. Bake about 1 1/2 hours till spuds are done!
