We had spaghetti the otter night also, momma accidentally picked up hot Italian sausage,  good stuff with a little zip to it. The last of the leftover brisket is in the crotch pot with a little beef broth, smelling up the house nicely!!

I was doing some experimenting in the kitchen this morning and YES! My homemade pancake recipe makes a fine waffle recipe too! 😋🧇
I'm wondering how different they'd be if I left out the baking powder? 🤔

Sharon's Homemade Pancakes/Waffles
1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg

I'm gonna cook some baby backs in the oven today.  I will put some liquid smoke on them.  Will be great!  Yukon gold spuds with them.

They turned out great!  Not that good smoke flavor but with a little sauce it was easy to overcome.  They were too fall off the bone for any competition guys but we sure liked them.  Have left overs too. I am really liking those Yukon spuds.  Easy to give a quick warsh and cook.  Thin skinned.  They are now Minn Yukon so they are growing here in our great state.

Ribs sound good. I prefer fall off the bone when it comes to ribs. These competition guys get to much bark on it for my liking.

I agree.  I like mine to stick to the bone just just barely
