Yep, it must of sucked to clean the rifle, but knowing the backwards courts we have, he probably could have sued for damages.

Some more reasons to put up a gate.  I sure we will after seeing these pickups trespassing.  Especially at night while spotlighting.   :angry2:
Does anyone have a suitable gate they would like to get rid of?

Man DE with all of the work you have done to your property I would think a gate would be a #1 Priority.  With a padlock on it.

A string rubbed with a green cammie stick, a shotgun shell with just a wad left in it, a mouse trap, and 4 large 1 1/2" staples can make a great deterrent....so can the device ya can order below.

Is this the only access to your property? You need a gate for just this where you'd enter?  Swing  gate or chained off?

Pulled a few camera cards today.  What business would someone have back there after dark.

You got some foolishness goin' on back there.....could they be "growing" something?! They must live fairly close to ya to be in and out like that, and know the area. And 8:30 at nite?! Just my thoughts...

Time for a few night sits with a big spotlight and a shotgun with 00 buck.

Have a good camera and get their plate when they roll in. Have the sheriff on speed-dial.

There are only two access points to our property.  East and West sides.  East is two miles from a public road and west is 3/4 mile from public road.  Last fall we put up a gate on the east side and a few weeks ago we put one up on the west side.  The west side isn't done yet and will be left open until two local farmers complete haying a couple fields. Of course these gates will not stop anyone on foot, ATV's and snowmobiles or any one intent on tearing them down but should keep out the casual trespassers.

Yup, go recon. Up in the deer stand; they'll never look up. Until that light from above hits 'em.  And make sure ya have the "No trespassing/willl prosecute" signs up in case ya end up getting them charged. Makes it all nice and legal once it's posted.  :happy1:

Another trespasser.  I haven't closed the west gate yet as I am waiting for a guy to cut hay.  So I guess a sign doesn't mean anything if the gate is open??
