Do you have Shadow lick the pots & pans clean afterwards then put them back in the cupboard? Mikey told me to ask...

Can always use up some in a crock of country ribs, I believe they are. I can eat that stuff for days.

We love kraut.  I made my first batch in Qt canning jars.  4 jars.  Just chopped up the cabbage in a bowl and added the salt etc.   I watched a video of a guy doing it and just did what he did.  Turned out just great.  Best texture of any kraut I have ever had.  Little bigger than in cans.  The next times I did it I threw it away.  Must have been the wrong salt combo.  I will try it again after I read more about it.

I have a 5 lb fresh ham roast thawing.  If there is no bone we may put it on the Ronco.  If there is a bone we will cook it in the new dutch oven.  Either way will be a fun cook.   It is one of the smallest I have.  LOL

I have a nice grain fed pork roast ready to go in the oven.  I will add some carrots and celery and spuds later on.

I would have never thought to do ribs on a grill like that.  They look amazing.  Are you able to control the temperature of that grill?
