well that and i eat alot of maters straight up!!!!!!!i have 22 plants this year!!!!!!! make my own salsa, stewed maters and juice...........and i aint ever turned down tomaotes when offered.

I took a pork roast out to thaw.  Maybe a soup or just do a pot roast thing.  That is hard to beat.  We shall see.

going to make meatballs in a sauce for supper tonight ...   and some home made tamales I was lucky to get!!!

i didnt use venision. deer meat is meant for steaks and good stuff like that. especially the neck............neck roast is out of this world good!!!!!!!!!1
