Mayhaps some catsup.   :sleazy:   I was going to tell you that the last one I did I thought I over cooked it.  When I went to stick a fork in it the whole fork slid right in.  Like mush.  Darn.  Well I let it cool and the next day it was the best one we ever had.

If you are a Rueben fan.....this is the week to buy Corned Beef. St. Patrick's Day. Corned Beef and Cabbage. Stores have all that on sale. I usually buy 6 or so every year and put them in the freezer. Had 1 left from last year so bought 5 more Friday. Always get the square cut......not points.

Also the week to buy heads of cabbage to make sourkrout. I used to work in the produce dept of a big grocery store after retiring to make extra cash for hunting and fishing. We always had extra cabbage in the cooler. Guys would come in and buy 8-10 heads at a time.

Made a big pan of corned beef hash from yesterday’s leftovers. Can’t wait to plop a couple of over easy eggs on top of that tomorrow for breakfast.

John and I threw a pizza in the oven last night and enjoyed a lazy evening at home. It was a Heggies sausage and pepperoni! 😋🍕

      Pizza needs LOTS of anchovies.
I wonder. Does Darth Vader have a sister named Ella? Bet she has her ups and downs.

. DUH!!! You're not the first to declare this. My wife has been telling her friends that for years. I think they already knew, though.

I have had only 1 brand from the store and they are a strong taste.  May be better with beer.

I would try 1 slice with anchovies.  Wouldn't want to buy a whole pizza though.

A now deceased buddy of mine loved green olives and anchovies on pizza. It actually wasn't bad altho one could argue it might've been what killed him. One of the things anyway. That, plus lots of greasy fried catfish & Marly red hardpacks amongst other things.  :whistling:
