Title: Another season comes to an end.
Post by: Joe on March 03/12/06, 10:28:13 AM
Well, for me anyways.

I unloaded all the hardwater gear out of the back of the truck yesterday. Last week may have been my last hardwater outing. If the ice hold up I may walk out one last time.

I'm not much of an ice fisherman but isn't late season ice the best time for crappies and sunnies??

Ya, it is. Typically I'd be out more this time of year but I didn't miss too many weekends the last couple months. I would have gone this weekend, but I had this river trip planned for today.

Hopefully i can make it out a couple of more times. Planning on going up to woods this weekend to catch some monster pike to top of the season that is the plan anyway. Then maybe hit a couple of city lake for the panfish. But other than that i am organizing the summer rods and tackle getting ready.
