Title: crap eating dog
Post by: HUNTER2 on June 06/12/06, 08:05:15 PM
Have a new lab and it eats crap from either himself or our golden retriever. What bad breath he has when he comes in from out side. maybe we aren't feeding him enough. 3 cups a day.

Just wait till he finds cat poo. That is really bad.

You can purchase a powder from just about any vet or website that sells canine health products to put in both your dogs food that will stop him from chowing down on nuggets.

I was running my dog in a field near my home that was a common spot for geese to spend an afternoon. She used to run around snacking on goose poo. It has gotten a lot better, but I still catch her doing it from time to time.

My lab use to do that all the time, my vet said it might be a vitamin deficency, and just to give him some vitamin tabs from the local pet store.
Well that helped with ths Dog S&^t but not the Deer S^*T.
So fat the new Chessie doesn't eat either.

Iceberg
Welcome to the site. Got the article you sent me. Good info. Have you had Ice out on early goose?

No Early goose for me this year, got too busy at the end of the summer. But duck opener he will be out for sure,  Did real well at training,  the trainer really likes Ice, and can't wait to hear from me about opening weekend.
