DNR out in full force this weekend

Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources conservation wardens will be increasing snowmobile regulation enforcement in Marathon, Clark and Portage counties this weekend, said Snowmobile Safety Administrator Gary Eddy.

Snowmobilers can expect an increased presence of wardens in yellow vests on the trails to assist local law enforcement on Saturday and Sunday, primarily focusing on reckless and intoxicated driving.
