A few years ago when up to Ely the folks from the tourist information center were looking for some fish photos for their brochures. The resort owners asked if I could bring in a big walleye for the photographers. Talk about putting on the pressure. :fudd: They even told me what time they wanted me to show up at the dock with a big eye.
I told them I can't promise anything but I'll try. I did my best and it worked out :happy1: After I signed the photo release I asked if I could keep the Ely cap they provided for the shot. The answer was :sorry: no. I asked if they could send me a copy of the photo :Photography:. They said sure.
:blablabla: :bs: I never got that either
This summer I stopped at the Ely info center and picked up a brochure and noticed the picture was in there.
So, it say's I'm an Ely Legend?

That's the :censored: photographer that took my :Photography:. Here I just figured he was a cheep skate but, now I can see that it was his lucky hat. Good thing he didn't give it to me or I could have got in a lot of trouble.
:oops1: It just goes to show me that I shouldn't be so quick to judge others. :sorry: photo man!
Thanks for the heads up DDS. Here at MNO we're always looking out for each other :happy1:
