Title: Lakes in Ely area ice covered, but bad news coming!!

Burntside Lake near Ely has been frozen for almost one week, meaning almost every lake is iced over.  Many reports of solid ice, but a weather advisory is predicting in excess of 10 inches of snow by Wednesday evening. :cry:
That will make one major mess of the ice until the inevitable slush freezes, which could take several weeks or longer!! :banghead:
Dang it!!
